Cammax is delighted to announce that we will be exhibiting at this year’s Parkex, the flagship annual conference and exhibition hosted by the British Parking Association (BPA).
Parkex is firmly established as Europe’s must-attend parking event, attracting the brightest brains and most innovative suppliers from across the parking sector. Free to attend for visitors, Parkex offers guidance on current issues and hot topics from leading BPA members and parking industry experts, uniting the entire sector for two days of strategy, networking, and product evaluation.
The expo, scheduled to take place between 22nd-23rd May, will be held at the new home of the CBA Arena Coventry.
Parkex 2024 promises an agenda brimming with engaging presentations, forums, workshops, and captivating product demonstrations.
Day one will kick off with a thought-provoking presentation on the future of parking, providing crucial insights, advice, and guidance on navigating the sector’s opportunities and challenges. Among the presentation’s highlights will be a feature on the roll out of the National Parking Platform (NPP), a centralised system designed to streamline parking payments, ensuring that drivers no longer need to juggle multiple apps on their smartphones. Additionally, attendees can look forward to the eagerly anticipated ‘Innovation Award’, spotlighting cutting-edge products, services, and sector-leading innovations.
On day two, Parkex 2024 will host the Parking Technology forum, moderated by Jade Neville, Co-chair of the BPA Parking Technology Interest Group. This forum is set to spark lively debates and discussions on the collaborative efforts between operators, governments, and technology suppliers to shape the future of parking and customer experiences. Key themes to be explored include cyber security, the evolution of car parks, accessibility, customer experience enhancement, and the transformative power of open data.

Among the showcased solutions will be the cashless CirrusPay pay station, a unit that has soared in popularity in recent years due to its sleek design and robust, rugged durability in harsh outdoor environments, coupled with it’s flexible and intuitive software that allows the unit to be deployed as pay on exit, pay on entry or P&D system.
Cammax will also be displaying the CamPay v3 which is one of our most popular parking payment machines for clients who need to cater for cash and card paying customers. The CamPay v3 features a large full colour touch screen interface, intuitive navigation, and accommodates various payment methods and validation devices making it ideal for organisations seeking safe and secure payment options.
In addition to the CirrusPay and the CamPay v3, our friendly team is set to unveil our cutting-edge new Orion pay station during the two-day expo. This unit represents the latest in parking payment technology, combining cashless payment options, with large colourful screens, designed to deliver a brilliant customer experience. Easy to use and versatile, the Orion can be deployed to cater for cashless based parking facilities who are looking to leverage their payment infrastructure to introduce new revenue streams such as advertising. A range of optional extras allow for barcode validation and smart PAYG payments.
