How does it work?

This solution simplifies the whole process for all involved, it simple, quick and efficient. This is how it works;

  • The customer/patient checks in through attractive touchscreen kiosks
  • User is guided through a number of clinical questions
  • “Equip” places the user in the right clinical queue or offers self service
  • The user gets a ticket with their clinic ID and Queue number
  • For self service, a token or unique code is issued for use at the vending kiosk
  • Queue numbers are shown on large format screens in the clinic
  • The clinician sees the queue details and patient’s reasons for attendance on their PC
  • When they are ready, the clinician simply clicks on the user and this allocates, and calls the patient to the clinician’s room
  • When consultation is complete the clinician enters the details on the system and the database is updated
  • A suite of management reports are available
